- Replace defunct GitHub wiki reference with su2code.github.io docs site
- Fix broken [[Quick Start]] wiki-style link → correct docs URL
- Fix broken Quick Start blob link → correct docs URL
- Fix broken Test-Cases blob link → correct docs URL
- Remove reference to deprecated su2code/Documentation repository
