Describe the bug
We have seen cases where ^C on the IOC and a quick reconnect to an S7-1500 PLC led to all nodes added a second time to the (still) existing subscription.
Not sure how to reproduce (yet).
Setup:
- OPCUA Support: v0.11.2
- Platform: RHEL8.5
- EPICS Base: 7.0.9
- Client library: UA SDK 1.7.4
- Server: S7-1500
