Link to refgenie

We've discussed this a bit and I just wanted to capture some thoughts.

It would be nice to show the names of chromosomes on the bedfile splash page. Right now we could do that by just storing that list. But an advantage of a link to refgenie is that this information would be alluded to by the identifier.

We could also show the number of regions on each chromosome.

We already have link to refgenie.
If we want to add number of regions on each chromosome, should it be part of GenomicDistributions and bedstats?
