Make this repo synced with the current ApiExplorer.jsx in Shuffle

@LalitDeore do you have a migration plan for this after we've got it working quite well?

We need a clear CI/CD pipeline to manage this, OR to fully manage it from the library once we are happy with it in Shuffle.

Lets finish building it for ourselves first, then go through the migration process. If we did the component setup for it well, this should very easy to do and release as an NPM package.

Also, looking at package.json configs, why didn't we just put ApiExplorer.jsx in the library, release it, then point our local package.json for shuffle using the libary to use an absolute path during development? Like:
